Gain levels and skill levels
To gain levels and skill levels, go to moonmoth legion fort, go in the basement of the prison towers. Talk to the lady down there and by a drain skill spell. Go to Balmora and create a drain skill spell of whatever you want to train on self for 1-2 seconds. Find someone who trains in the skill,use the spell, then quickly talk to the person. Train the skill for one gold. Repeat. Hint: Train destruction first.
